Coming over with toddler, and newborn (Antwerp)

Heya,

I wondered if you could give me some advice. My husband is working near Antwerp and may have work until May. We are thinking of coming over for a few month after our new baby has been born, so looking at February to May.

Is there a particular district that is more family friendly?
Is it better being in the centre or just out for things to do?
Is it breastfeeding friendly in the area?
Is there much to do for a toddler, and any playgroups that are English speaking?
Would other mums want to meet up?

I do have lots of questions. My hubby will be working all week and I don't want to be stuck in an apartment so would love to know what other mums experiences have been like.

If it goes well and there's more work in the future we may look at moving over properly and getting rid of our house.
