Considering moving to Antwerp area

Hello dear expats,

I am considering a job offer on moving in Anwerp area - job location about 40 km away of city cender. I have an idea about the graduated taxation scheme, but something that I miss is the tax effect of sustaining my family (wife and 2 children - school and preschool age). Do you have an idea of how this will influence the tax rate?

Second question is what would be the health and social insurance load for my family members?

Position is permanent, I doubt I can opt for expat status.....
