european students visit US program for summer 2012 (Antwerp)

Hello,

My husband (Dutch) and I (American) are thinking about sending the children to the US for the summer of Protected content . The girl is 15, she loves animals and she wants to be a vet. It will be wonderful if we can find a host family in the US who will show her the life in the US, preferably a place with a farm/ranch setting. Can anyone make suggestions in terms of where I can find information about this type of summer programs for high school students in Europe?
