Living in Belgium as a chinese (Antwerp)

I am searching for experience of chinese women, who living in Belgium. I am wondering, if they can live happy in here. If they can find a job easely. If it was hard to become a belgian.
Because i am thinking to let overcome my chinees girlfriend to here, and to live together inhere.
