Looking for British people (in Antwerp)

Hello everyone.

I am 19 years old and currently studying a bachelor in Translation and Interpreting English-Spanish. A few years ago I 'fell desperately in love' with (the) English and England, and the only reason why I haven't emigrated yet is because I haave been blind since birth, studying in England is too expensive and my parents don't really like the UK, so I haven't had the chance to go on holiday to my promised country yet. So now I would do anything in the world to be able to meet up with native British people in Antwerp or Belgium in general to have conversations about anything and everything, to improve my English. I'd also be happy to write back and forth with a British person who lives here, and if he/she wants help with Dutch, my native language, I'd be happy to help anyone, both by writing to them and by meeting up!
(If there really are people who want to learn to speak that difficult language, of course :D ).
