Public English preschools in and around Antwerp

Hi,
We have a daughter 3 years old. She is currently going to Nursery in India. She knows English. Hence we are looking for a school where she can continue and learn English. Is there any free/cheap school in English. Or we would have to keep her in Public French school only ? My concern is if we keep her in French school ( as they are free schools), we would not be able to teach her as we dont know French. Any suggestions on what we should do ? we are very confused right now .
