Tax on the web - Can you help? (Antwerp)

Is there anyone out there that actually understands the tax form that you have to fill in every year in Belgium?! I used to line up and just hand them the forms which they filled in & recorded. Now it's on the net and I have no clue what I am supposed to fill in so last year I just said yes and posted it! (not the best approach).
