Taxes/pension funds from Belgium to abroad (Antwerp)

Hi All,

I worked full time in Belgium for nearly 4 years (that was almost 3 years ago). Now I'm sure I'm not coming back as I've settled in Germany.

I heard/read that at least a part of the money paid with our taxes that goes to the pension, can be recovered and/or transferred to another country in the union, in this case, Germany, where I work now.

While it's possible to do this myself (I got a decent level of Dutch), possibly it would be better to let an expert take care of this. Anyone can recommend someone who charges fair prices?
