InterNations Food Festival (Ashgabat)

Hi Ashgabat InterNationers...
I would like to organise a InterNations Food Festival
Does anyone know a place where we could organise this without PAYING ANY MONEY and indoors.
We need chairs, tables to be provided and of course access to toilets.
This will be a Sunday Lunch event so will be for families aswell.
This could be around Halloween time so could be fun for kids to dress up too!
Let me know your ideas and if you can help with a venue.
