Mastercard terminal down - Senegat Bank (Ashgabat)

Just to report that today (02/05) the Mastercard terminal in Senegat bank (next to Yimpash) is broken and cannot make any card transactions.
The staff don't know when it will be repaired.
Only alterantive is Vneshnekom bank with VISA card......local bank commission is 3% same as at Senegat.
