Question on Baby Vaccination (Ashgabat)

HI,

Can anyone help me with info where could I vaccinate the baby, who's not the Turkmen citizen, but a child of expats with dip status?

I called to Turkish hospital and they told me that planned child vaccination has been terminated with them due to the new order form the Ministry of Heath that the children/babies should be vaccinated only in state clinics located in their district, or something like that - it was a bit unclear.

Since the baby is not a Turkmen citizen, but has to go through his planned vaccination (European scheme), can anyone help me with info where can we get this in Ashgabat?
