Astana Office Administrator/Manager required

Job Description ;

· Assisting office staff in maintaining files and databases

· Preparing reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence

· Assigns jobs and duties to office staff as needed

· Monitors office operations

· Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment

· Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff

· Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts

· Manages staff schedules

· Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders

· Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses

· Supervises all administrative personnel

· Organising travel for staff

· Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;

· Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues;

Qualifications ;

· Kazakhstan citizenship

- already residing in Astana or willing to relocate

· Excellent oral and written communication skills (English is must, Turkish is a plus)

· Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word (must), Outlook(must), Powerpoint(must), Excel(must), Access(is a plus), Visio(is a plus)etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;

· Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy

· Highly organized and flexible

· Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines

· Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision

· Maintains staff confidentiality

· Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software

· 2 years or more related experience

· Minimum: High School Diploma

· Preferred: Associates Degree or Higher
