New in Astana

Hi All, I have been in Astana just a few weeks now. I was wondering is anyone here knows of a good Russian teacher that can teach me Russian Language mainly for the work place, as I already know conversational Russian. Also, it would be very helpful if anyone knows of any nice pubs to go to on the weekends or of any community events where I could meet some new people.
