Soon to be moving to teach Pe in Astana

Hi just wanting to find out about the city! I am a young single man looking to play sport keep fit and make new friends! Is this possible in the city all year round! At the moment I only speak English so are there any places you can meet other English speaking people!

Plus are the winters so cold you can't venture out to socialise?

I am keen to hear anything about where's good to go to play sport - specially football - and keep fit! Plus what is the weekend and nightlife like
