Visa for tourists (Astana)

Hi we will be moving to Astana whilst my husband is on his probationary period with the new company he will be on single status. I would like to spend time with him gettin ready to move later in the year. Do I have to apply for a visa (I am from the UK) and after a month how long do I have to leave the country for before I can return. We are currently in Abu Dhabi and whilst me residence visa was organise i used to fly out to Oman and back again the same day wondering if I could do the same there.
