Nervous new comer (Asunción)

hi there, I will be moving to asuncion in July with my husband and 3 young kids. I have a thousand and one questions but the main few are:
1. Medical. How is the private hospitals
2. School. How is the American international school? Also my youngest will be 2 when we arrive , is the a private kindergarten or what other options are there?
3. Domestic help. Where can I find a nanny and can they be trusted?
4. Is there a social life?
5. Where's the best place to rent a modern apartment and what the going price?
6. Is it safe?
I don't have a clue about asuncion and need all the help out there please.
