biggest move of my life (Athens)

hi, im just after some advice on moving to greece. im going to kefalonia and corfu mid april to look at properties. it seems the estate agents like the fact its cash and no mortgage. how easy is it to get the paperwork sorted out. im not touching anything without deeds either. and if anyone could give a rough guide to monthly outgoings so i know what to expect, that be great. im keeping my house in england in case it goes pear shaped. its just i havent really got much income part from savings and rental. i heard oil is dear, but electric. do solar panels cover it or am i going to have to buy candles and have cold showers. its alot of questions, but i havent really got anyone else to ask who might not be biased to some degree. thanks for your time whoever reads this
