Company registration in Greece as Foreigner or JV (Athens)

hello, we are a group of young people from Greece, Cyprus, China & Japan, we would like to registration a culture/media/exhibition company to strengthen the culture exchange especially among the young artists from east and west. what kind of company category we should apply? which procedure we should follow, especially we have foreign members in the company, many thanks!
