cost of living in Athens

Hi !
I have a job offer in Athens for the 1.000€ net salary for a month.
I need some advice that 1.000€ is enough to manage a life for a single lady? If possible i'd like to rent a small apartment in the city centre and have a mid standart life.
If you give me some tips that will help for me to decide.
