Education for children (Athens)

Hi all, I'm about to relocate my family to Athens. I have a son age 3.5 and a baby 8 months old. I have some questions regardin education:
1. Please recommend for English teaching private schools. I need to know prices as well.
2. My wife and the kids have European passports (they are german citizens). Does it means anything because Greece is part of the EU.
