Help with an abandoned kitten needed! (Athens)

Hi there,
A friend of mine and I found and fed a little stray-baby-cat yesterday (without mother all by itself) at Starbucks at PLATIA ESPERIDON in GLYFADA. By chance, do you know anybody who could take the small kitten home or at least feed it. I can't because I leave Greece this week and my friend already has cats in and outside her place.
The cat is too small to survive (it was screaming and very hungry) and there is too much traffic at that spot. Please help if you can, even with spreading the news. It will not live, it is too young and has obviously not learned to feed itself. Thank you so much for your help
ps: my friend went to there today again and the poor creature was still there, crying :(
