info on charities collecting blankets/warm clothes (Athens)

Hi everyone, I would like to know if anyone is aware of any charity organisations involved with collecting warm clothes or/and blankets for the homeless? Winter is coming and we have a huge amount of people on the street this year. I would really like to get involved in some initiatives that offer assistance to the homeless.
