Position: Coordinator of Psychological Services (Athens)

Kid & Family, a charity organization in central Athens, is currently recruiting a passionate professional to coordinate the psychological services for children and young adults under the supervision of a psychiatrist. The successful candidates will begin in May Protected content .

Duties
-schedule appointments for supervising psychiatrists and psychologists and their clients who are living with a variety of mental illnesses
-develop and execute a school visit schedule, which includes conducting workshops and presentations as part of the outreach program to identify students, young adults, parents and educators in public and private schools in Athens who require psychiatric and/psychological support
-welcome and induct psychiatrists and psychologists new to working to the charity
-network with and maintain strong relationships between European and International universities and the charity
-develop and/or assist with conducting impact and other sociological and psychological research required at the charity
-demonstrate a high respect for confidentiality
-coordinate the use of volunteers
-conduct relevant administrative tasks related to various functions of the charity depending on current skill sets

Person Specific Criteria
-have demonstrated experience with scheduling appointments
-proven ability to coordinate a number of tasks effectively and efficiently
-able to write required reports well and submit them on time
-be able to demonstrate ability to be welcoming, warm, friendly and professional
-be able to take initiative and demonstrate leadership and innovation
-be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint
-have successful experience working in an office environment
-have a willingness to learn about how to support and/or conduct research
-excellent spoken and written Greek with very good proficiency in English required.
-be able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
