To Ex-Pats in Athens, with love from Heraklion

Greetings from Crete! Though I am very new to this platform I have been living in and travelling around Greece for a long time. I still maintain many contacts (professional and social) in Athens (where I lived for 16 years in the center, northern then southern suburbs) but also Thessaloniki, the Cyclades and Crete of course where I have been for the last 6 years. I have been around the block a time or two and am happy to share tips on navigating the local bureaucracy as well as practical bits such as what to look out for before signing a residential or business lease!
