Visiting Rhodes seeking advice (Athens)

Hello Greeks :D Protected content a summary i got an idea to visit the legendary island of Rhodes , i have an offer from one of the tourism companies which i want to know if it is a good offer to be taken or not in terms of fees ..plus i want to know about weather at certain time of the year - hotel or motel rates - actually any advice would help as i have the desire to visit Greece from a long time and such offer is not so expensive but i want to know if it is really good or not.. i never travel with agencies or companies i always prefer to do things on my own.. so if there is someone with some free time to talk about it so i can decide to do it alone or it is a good offer to take from that travel agency!!!
