Dear All, I am thinking of investing in property in Athens(never been to Greece before), May I get some inside views from local friends?
1. Living point of view: Which areas(Neighbourhood) you may choose to live?
2. Renting market point of view: Studio/one bedroom is easier to rent or Protected content flat? and which area is easier to rent out?
3. Development point of view: which areas have better possibility to increase the value?
4. Investment point of view: if you want to invest, which area you would like to invest, and what's the reason?
