Tuscan Cooking Lesson January 2013 (Atlanta)

I wanted to let you know that beginning January 7th, I will be teaching a series of Tuscan cooking lessons. Each lesson will be from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, and we will eat together the dishes we prepare.

14 January Crostini Toscani, Risotto ai carciofi, Salame al cioccolato
21 January Zuppa di farro, Arista alla Fiorentina con Patate, Tiramisù
28 January Pappardelle al sugo, Verdure Grigliate, Pecorino pere e miele
