Cross Cultural Integration for Asian in New Zaland (Auckland)

Hi there !
I am a french student in Cross Cultural Human Resources.
I am currently in New Zealand studying mutliculturality and I have noticed the considerable amount of asian people settling here in Auckland.
I would love to know a little bit more about how they integrated, what cross cultural issues do they face, are they aware of the efforts to be done to adapt while immigrating.
