Renewing Israeli DL from US (Austin)

I was trying to find ANY information about it, but came up with none whatsoever. Does anyone have a personal experience or any info on the ways to renew your Israeli drivers license from the US? Mine 10 year DL is about to expire in 2 month, and I have absolutely no idea how to go about renewing it. Obviously, the old address in Israel they used to send it to previously, is no longer current. I think I also need a new pic for the next DL. What do I do? How to renew? Whom to contact? I tried to pay for the temporary online, but got a message that it can't be renewed. I am absolutely terrified... Will be very grateful for any helpful information.
