Any good kindergarten with int'l background? (Baku)

Hi all,

My son is 3 years 5 months now and here's the challenge I'm facing ~ Can't find proper kindergarten for him for his proper development...do you know of any international kindergarten or learning center or pre-school kinda establishment with no so high fee?

So far, I have heard of Gymboree, Baku Kindergarten, any other place you know of?

Please advise. Any leads are highly appreciate.
