Introduction (Baku)

Hello to all in Baku,
I didn't find a category especially for introductions so I will use this one until an admin moves it.
I am British, left the UK with Protected content left the Army with 21 and was based mostly in Germany ever since, apart from the last 4 years in Poland. I returned to Germany in Jan Protected content take up my current position.

I have been asked if I would be interested in working in Azerbaijan my wife has also been offered a position in the same company.

What would you suggest to be especially careful about when considering a move?

How are the taxes over there? Are there any restriction on moving cash in or out of the country.

We have been invited to Baku to talk to the company Directors and are just going through the Visa stage at the moment.
