Maybe moving to Baku!

Hello everyone!

My husband got an offer to move in September to Baku for the construction of the olympic stadium. I've been reading a ton about Baku and Azerbaijan to be able to make a good and clear decision. I'm a Canadian expat living for the moment in Morocco when I work as an HSE. Do you fellow expats like it there? What is the cost of life? The fuel prices? Is it secure? Health services if God forbid they were needed? So many questions :)

Also, I know there's a ton of foreign companies there and as I'm an HSE I would love to be able to find a job there (hopefully before living there). Any of you working in engineering/construction/oil/gaz fields and has suggestions how it would be better to approach these companies?
