Moving to Baku

Hi everyone,
my family and me are deciding at this moment if we want to move to Baku in August. We are very curious about the place and we are now looking for some general information like: where are best places to live for a family, how is the quality of life, some people post threads about the air pollution in Baku, is it an issue?
