Nurseries in Baku/Activities for toddlers

Hi there, we are British expats currently living in the middle east and contemplating a move to Baku. We have a 2 year old so would want him to go to a nursery, and also ensure there are sufficient playgroups/activities etc to keep him busy.

Ive already looked at TISA and Baku International School, are these the only choices for English speaking nurseries? Are they hard to get into? And are they good?

Also if anyone knows of any playgroups etc for that age range I would be very grateful to receive details.
