Owning a Dog in Baku?

Hi, I might be moving to Baku soon and while i have visited there a few times i know little about actually living there. I wanted to see if there are other expats who have lived in Baku and owned dogs. I am curious about possible parks that might be dog friendly, areas that might be good to live say to take the dog walking etc (but within my paltry housing allowance of Protected content , am not averse to living in non-expat areas). And general info, i found a ton of info about medical facilities at the britishexpat.com forum but not doggie info.

Any comments would be welcome!
