Puppy needs Home (Baku)

Dear All,
we have a puppy to give out for adoption. He was thrown out by his former owners, with both ears cut off! Now he is looking for a family to take him in. He is 5 months old, fully vaccinated, extremely sweet and cuddly! He is a mixed race, and is now a small-sized dog of 11kg.The veterinarian explained that he will not grow more than this.
