Relocation to Baku: Things to consider...?

Hi everybody,

I am gonna relocate to Baku soon and have a couple of questions that I could not google the answer for yet...

Such as:
How can one find out about the regulations for taking a car as moving goods in terms of customs, registration, regulations, paperwork etc.? (Dragged my baby with me half way around the globe til now and not planning on giving her up... :P )

Ideas on car insurances, preferably with English hotlines?

Do you apply for IDs / drivers licenses there like in the US or do you have to use your passport / Visa with a foreign DL plus transcript?

I will sure think of a couple of more questions in the next few days but would highly appreciate some help on these already :)
