Running/dress in Baku

Hello, all! I currently live in West Africa, but there's a decent chance my husband and I will be moving to Baku next summer. I've read great things and am excited about the opportunity - but I did have one question. Is it common for women to run in Baku? Any issues with wearing regular running clothes in warm weather (running shorts, sleeveless top)? Just wanted to be sure; gotta get my jog on :) Thanks for your insights!
