Spray paint in Baku

Hello IN community!

I'm in town until June doing design work for the Baku Protected content Ceremonies and have had trouble sourcing materials. I'm always looking for things, but my real priority right now is spray paint. I've been to many hardware stores as well as the Teze Bazaar and have only found a limited selection. Usually basic colors (Black, white, red, yellow) in gloss for automotive uses.

Here's what I'm looking for:
1- A place that sells a variety of colors (specifically browns and grays) and,
2- Ideally a variety of finishes (matte, satin, gloss)
3- I once I find the right color I'd be buying about 8 dozen cans, so I'd need them to be able to order more without too much turn around time.

I'd appreciate any thoughts you might have
