Administrative and Office Manager Job Role
The Administrative and Office Manager oversees the administrative department globally within the organization as well as the day to day operations of the main office, located in Palma de Mallorca including the following: supervises administrative staff; defines and maintains administrative work procedures and processes; and provides backup support for the Director of Operations.
Administrative management involves coordinating and directing services that support the running of an organization. Such functions include managing all enrollment related processes, coordinating with the financial department, interfacing with bookkeeping, telephone operations, front office operations, mail distribution and data management.
