On May 17th Protected content a new rising star of Italian food and wine here in Ibiza:
Ambasciata – Hosteria Italiana.
With the outside seating area overlooking one of the main squares in Ibiza Town (Vara de Rey).
Ambasciata is also international gourmet restaurant with luxury clients who attend Ibiza for pleasure and who do business here.
The Italian fashion and lifestyle past experiences are what brought Emanuela Cigui and Giancarlo Solari together with the aim of achieving a unique gastronomic project “Grunge-Chic" to the international stage.
Emanuela Cigui, belongs to the dynasty Trieste known for the finest examples of Italian restaurants in Northern Italy ( Ai Fiori restaurant). Giancarlo Solari is an ex former buyer and fashion consultant on behalf of well-known Italian brands.

The Italian Embassy - Hosteria group hired for the kitchen concept Chef Irene Nasca, famous for many major leading important international projects in Rome.

The new jewel of Vara de Rey is a refined restaurant with great attention to detail, furnished in muted tones with wooden tables and chairs in natural fabric.
To embellish the interior of Ambasciata, a selection of art works by Sandro Zendralli, swiss artist with personal presence also at the Moma in New York and a very good longtime friend of Emanuela Cigui.

The Embassy covers some Protected content meters, inside there are 30 seats while the lovely covered veranda outside can accommodate another 40 seats during the summer. The terrace on Carrer Miquel Caieta’ Solaire has availability of another 15 seats. The entire restaurant area and the outside seating area are available for any events & company presentations.

The Embassy has a catering conceived to proposed by Italian flavours and concepts, and with a continuous loop that guarantee stability and reliability. The goal of the team is to propose a natural cuisine to suit all tastes and pockets, made of simple dishes that lead to recognition of each and every ingredient.

Open for lunch and dinner every day of the week from 12.00pm to 00.30am.
The menu features Chef Irene Nasca’s classics and exciting new creations of the best traditional Italian and Mediterranean cuisine in a modern and creative way.

Carbonara (Bacon & Egg Pasta) with Bacon and dried powered Bacon Pecorino and Parmesan cheese (both are used)
This plate when the egg is added it is performed right at your table.

Burratina Italian Embassy, Cherry tomatoes and Burrata (cheese) with fresh Basil ice cream.

“A Must Drink" by The Embassy – Hosteria Italy
(Fantinel) A real ode to Friuli Venezia Giulia, with three very territorial varieties that are mixed together to create truly memorable wine scents. Collio Bianco DOC "Boundaries", the result of a skillful blend of Friulano, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.

During the summer, The Embassy will alternate:
Dinners with wine tasting, presentations, aperitifs, showcookings, Lifestyle events and more.
