Costs for visas and sponsor to be paid every year? (Bali)

Hello everyone

I am a newbie on here!
I just would like to know I was enquiring on living in
Bali and enquired through Bali expat services
That we need to pay approx $ Protected content a year
To live in Bali, and that we would need to pay for the
Sponsor every year,is this true? If anyone can clarify
This for me please would be much appreciated

My partner works fly in fly out in Australia
And we would need to pay for his flights from
Australia to bali every second week that he comes home
On his break. I we are paying out $ Protected content year
Plus flights for him and then paying rent in Bali
It seems like a lot of money. I hope someone can help
