HELP - ARE THEY LEGITIMATE?? (Bali)

PLEASE, does anyone know of this immigration services company. They are putting the pressure on for me to hand over the money. I am completely cool with the
arrangements though havn't met them and really need to know if they are legitimate.

The 2 references they gave me have not responded back (which seriously could be just that they are busy or something)

They say that they need money now because they only have 4 places left on their company for KITAS. And I want them if they are real...
