Hotel in Seminyak and Jimbaran (Bali)

Hello!!
I'm planning to go to Bali for the first time in september, and I would like to stay like 3 days in seminyak 2 days in Ubud and 3 days in Jimbaran (or Balangan)
I've looking for hotels but I'm a bit lost with all the positive and negative comments.
If anyone knows a nice hotel near the beach, for max 100eur per night, please send me the info.
