How can I increase my electricity capacity? (Bali)

I currently have Protected content and need to increase it to about Protected content to be able to use everything in my villa. I talked to an "agent" who wants to charge 7jt and says it will take minimum 2 months.
Has anyone out there done this before or has tips because I'm hearing all sorts of contradictory info...
