I'm not sure where to post this, as it is not a job, but it's my job and I'm reaching out to see if anyone has useful information about the recent upsurge in interest in organic food. Anyone with knowledge of the local (to Bali) organic food industry: farming, restaurants, markets, certifications...I'd be really interested in talking with you. I publish a magazine called EthicalFoods.com and I'm here in Ubud doing some research. I see that many restaurants are now serving organic food, and some even grow their own food.
