Job opportunities and work permit (Bali)

Dear everyone,

I am seeking advice.
For a long time I have been dreaming about coming to Bali to work.
As I child I lived in Jakarta for 4 years and spent many holidays in Bali. My father still lives in Jakarta and is married to an Indonesian, and they have 3 kids. So Indonesia is very close to my heart.

Before dreaming too much, I would like to know the possibilities to get a job and a work permit.

I graduated from Copenhagen Hospitality College last year, and have worked as a front desk agent (combined with school) for 3,5 years now.

Anyone who can tell me if my dreams are realistic or not?
