Move & open a business in Bali

Dear everyone,

Hallo from Australia, I need some informations if anyone can help me with.

Am Indonesian & my husband is Australian. At d moment we are running our own business of Roast Chicken & Chips here in Somerville, Victoria, Australia. We are thinking of selling this business & our house to move & open another business in Bali. Bottom line we want to retire in Bali.

My questions are :
1. How is business in Bali?
2. How difficult to open a new one (in term of paper work?)
3. I understand that my husband as a foreigner can't own a property in Bali, but can I? Since am still Indonesian citizen and what is d prize range of houses?
4. What about renting a shop space?
