New company in Bali

Dear all,

I would like to open up a shop in Bali. Is there anyone who has experience with this who could tell me how you set up the company. I already live in Indonesia and I have a Kitas for staying because I followed my husband here but I will need a working permit which comes with opening a company I've heard.

If there is anyone who could tell me some details I would appreciate it.
