As the largest US direct marketer of international travel, adventure and discovery for North Americans aged 50-plus, we continue to expand our market in Indonesia and seeking for the right candidate to be our representative in Indonesia for the following position.

Area Manager Indonesia will be responsible for:

•Managing our day-to-day operations to achieve quality goals and accuracy for Indonesia product.
•Hiring/Training/Scheduling/Coaching/Managing Trip Leaders performance management to meet company’s guidelines to achieve excellence goals
•Create a strong high performing trip leaders team that exemplify the company’s culture and values and team spirit
•Ability to drive performance at fast pace environment and work under pressure
•Effectively participating with travelers on sites to support trip leaders and obtain live feedback from passengers
•Create strong relationship with primary and secondary vendors and support with buying goals
•24/7 Emergency support and driving resolutions of operations/customer issues

The selected candidate should possess:
•nationality with minimum bachelor degree educational background
•Proven and effective travel industry and staff management experience
•Excellent interpersonal / communication and problem solving skills
•Proven vendor relations and negotiation skill is a plus.
•Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel
•Ability to implement US Global Corporate Company of performance driven strategy on product quality, operation initiatives and cost management
